About

I am a Software Architect & Full Stack Developer based in Germany. Since 2010 I have built production systems — Java and Spring Boot backends, React and Next.js frontends, and AWS — mainly in banking, public-sector operations, and mobility. I connect high-throughput Java services with accessible React interfaces and keep delivery testable.

I modernize legacy platforms and ship new services with the same bar: automated tests, clear interfaces, and security that holds up in regulated environments. I am iSAQB® CPSA-F certified (July 2026).

Since June 2026 I am delivering DB Junior Express for DB Fernverkehr — a live booking service for unaccompanied children on Deutsche Bahn long-distance trains.

End-to-End Encryption for Sensitive Data

Architected end-to-end encryption for a children’s mobility product that stores identity, guardian, and medical notes — identity-checked handover, QR pickup verification, and a digital back-office that never leaves a child unattended.

Production AWS for Public-Sector Mobility

Operated DB Junior Express on AWS as a live booking service (db-juniorexpress.de), linked from bahn.de — covering routes such as München–Köln, Frankfurt–Hamburg, and Berlin–München with operational back-office workflows for parents and carers.

Batch Architecture & Data Migration

Designed high-throughput batch processing frameworks at a leading Förderbank for critical accounting and data migration workflows — handling millions of transactions with full audit trails, rollback strategies, and zero data-loss guarantees.

Monolith → Modular Modernization

Led the architectural modernization of a legacy MCP-Classpath monolith toward a modular, independently deployable component architecture — reducing deployment risk and enabling CI/CD at scale.

Event-Driven Integration (JMS / ActiveMQ)

Architected asynchronous service communication for IGNIS Plus using JMS and Apache ActiveMQ — real-time dispatch coordination between police, fire departments, and emergency services with guaranteed delivery.

Core Banking Adapter Design (Java EE)
